DUSTRON – PC (COMPOUND) is a derivative compound based on aqueous an ionised bounding material long chain aliphatic hydro carbon surfactant suitable for open cast metal (mineral) mines Haul road, over burden area, overburden haul road & roads of mineral stock yard / pile for dust consolidation and agglomeration with Higher Moisture content, Higher Road Hardness with Better Road strength. It does not harm human / animals / birds /vegetation.

Application System:
Treatment of haul road surface to be done every Day in the second half of first shift. In a month total no of days of applications will be necessary. However, during the initial treatment quantum of DUSTRON may vary in the ratio of 1:2500 to 5000 depending upon the soil conditions, temperature, humidity, load and speed of Dumpers. If in emergency there will be any lean day such as holiday for the treatment of chemicals, there will be minor effect or no effect. Application can be done from an ordinary tank lorry or converted Tank Lorry or converted Tanker from Dumpers normally available in a colliery, so there will be no. No steering is required; the chemical is automatically mixed with water. The mixture of DUSTRON and water should be in a ratio of 1: 2500 to 5000 (1 Kg of DUSTRON to be mixed with 2500 to 5000 Litres. of water).For 5,000 Square Meters to 10,000 Square Meters surface area of Haul road only 1Kgs. of DUSTRON will be required per day depending upon temp, pressure/load, humidity etc. Any type of water should be used, no effect of Hardness of water.
Pattern of applications:
1st day to 3rd day - 3 times
4th day to 6th day - 2 times
7th day to onwards - 1 times
Satisfactory performance period:
In 1:2500 – The satisfactory Performance will be observed within 07 (Seven) days with application pattern maximum. Result will be observed from 3rd day with necked eye.
In 1:5000 – The satisfactory Performance will be observed within 10 (Ten) days with the application pattern minimum. Result will be observed from 7th day with necked eye.
