Application Area:
Haul Roads in Fly Ash based roads.
Application System:
Treatment of haul road surface to be done every Day in the second half of first shift. In a month total no of days of applications will be necessary. However, during the initial treatment quantum of DUSTRON may vary in the ratio of 1:2500 depending upon the soil conditions, temperature, humidity, load and speed of Dumpers. If in emergency there will be any lean day such as holiday for the treatment of chemicals, there will be minor effect or no effect. Application can be done from an ordinary tank lorry or converted Tank Lorry or converted Tanker from Dumpers. No steering is required; the chemical is automatically mixed with water. The mixture of DUSTRON and water should be in a ratio of 1: 2500 (1 Kg of DUSTRON to be mixed with 2500 of water).
Pattern of applications:
1st day to 3rd day - 3 times
4th day to 6th day - 2 times
7th day to onwards - 1 times
Satisfactory performance period:
a.In 1:2500 – The satisfactory Performance will be observed within 07 (Seven) days with application pattern maximum. Result will be observed from 3rd day with necked eye.
